How to make a claim

If you have suffered a loss of personal belongings or have incurred medical expenses you will need to contact your travel insurance claims company upon your return of holiday, before calling insure that what you are claiming for is covered under the terms and conditions of your policy, is you can not claim for lost or stolen luggage on the travel insurance policy if you have taken a basic policy, it is important that you make sure you have the proper cover in place before starting your journey.
